    Directors of the Company

    1. Minimum requirement is ONE local resident (permanently live in Malaysia) director.
      You can proceed to complete the incorporation form even you do not have local resident director,
      we will contact you to offering our nominee (local resident) director services.

      1. Malaysian / Malaysia PR: Please attach your NRIC copy

      2. Foreigner with visa/workpass: Please attach your passport, visa/workpass and bill copy (stated your latest Malaysia address)

      3. Foreigner without visa/workpass: Please attach your passport and any bill copy (stated your latest oversea address)

    Shareholders of the Company

    1. Paid-up Capital: The initial paid-up capital limit to maximum RM5,000 in total. The money must deposit into company's bank after incorporation of company. You may increase your paid-up capital after the company is incorporated.

    2. If the Shareholder is also a director, you only required to fill in 'NAME' and 'NO. OF SHARES TO BE HELD' and no attachment is required.

    3. There is no requirement on Shareholder. The Shareholder can be Malaysian, Foreigner or Company with minimum of RM 1 paid-up capital for each shareholder.

      1. Malaysian / Malaysia PR: Please attach your NRIC copy

      2. Foreigner with visa/workpass: Please attach your passport, visa/workpass and bill copy (stated your latest Malaysia address)

      3. Foreigner without visa/workpass: Please attach your passport and any bill copy (stated your latest oversea address)

      4. Company: Please attach Company's Incorporation Certificate, Memorandum and Article (Constitution), Latest list of Director and Shareholders

    1 unit of Ordinary Share Capital ("Share") would be equal to (Ringgit Malaysia) RM 1.00 worth of your investment by default because it is the most commonly use in the market. However, you may modified the value of the share to suit your need.

    1. The processing time will be approximately 5 to 7 working days (from date of your payment received by us and subject to no delay from SSM):

      1. Name application (1 day after received your payment)

      2. Upon 1a approved by SSM, we will prepare the incorporation documents for your signature. Our qualified personnel will contact you to sign the documents prepared on 1b above and briefing you of the on going process in our office. Our Chartered Accountant will be also procide general consultation for Income Tax, GST and The Company Act compliance matters. (2 days)

      3. After meeting, we will immediately submit the documents to Commissional of Oaths for Certification and proceed to incorporate your company (2 days)

      (In the event any shareholder or director unable to visit us physically, we can E-mail the documents for signature purposes, however the NRIC / Passport / Workpass / Bills together with the signature documents must be certified by Notary Republic, Commissional of Oaths, Lawyer or Accountant)

    2. Our website special all in incorporating package is RM 1,988 (Normal price is RM 2,888) when you signed on our secretary and registered office services for 1 year for RM 720.

    3. After 1 year, our acting as Secretary and registered office fee would be resume back to RM 70 per month.
